These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of automateyourwellnessbiz.com and to any services or products you purchase from Nicole Ritter LLC DBA Automate Your Wellness Biz ("Automate Your Wellness Biz," "I," "me," or "my"). By using this website or purchasing from me, you agree to these terms.
I offer done-for-you backend and automation services for wellness practitioners, including the Systems Audit, Practice Better Setup, Full Systems Setup, and custom AI agents, along with digital products like the AI Content Duo. Done-for-you builds are scoped individually, and the specific deliverables, timeline, price, and payment terms for each build are confirmed in writing before work begins. If a signed agreement for your build says something different from these terms, the signed agreement applies.
Delays in providing what I need may extend your project timeline.
My services focus on business systems, automation, and technology. Nothing I provide is medical, clinical, legal, tax, or financial advice. Any templates, snippets, or protocol examples are general business resources, and you are responsible for reviewing and adapting anything you use with your own clients using your professional judgment. You are responsible for your own HIPAA and privacy compliance when handling client health information.
I build systems designed to save you time and support growth, but I cannot guarantee specific income, revenue, client numbers, or other business results. Testimonials on this website reflect individual experiences and are not a promise that you will get the same results.
My work is built on third-party software such as Practice Better, GoHighLevel, Stripe, Meta, and others. I am not responsible for outages, price changes, feature changes, or policy decisions made by those companies, including changes to how social media messaging or automations are allowed to work.
Once your build is paid in full, the website content, automations, and materials created specifically for your business are yours to use in your business. I keep ownership of my own templates, processes, frameworks, and pre-existing materials, and you receive a license to use them within your own business. Digital products like the AI Content Duo are for your personal business use only and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.
Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due as stated at checkout or in your written agreement. Payment plans, when offered, must be paid on schedule, and work may pause if a payment is missed. Please see the Refund Policy for refund details.
I treat the information and account access you share with me as confidential and only use it to complete your project.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, my total liability for any claim related to my services or products is limited to the amount you paid me for the specific service or product involved. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
I may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
