I want you to feel completely confident working with me, so here is exactly how refunds work for each of my services and products.
If you change your mind before you send me access to your accounts, email me within 7 days of purchase and I will refund you in full. Once I begin reviewing your accounts, the audit is non-refundable because the work is custom and time-based. If you move forward with a Full Done-for-You Build, your $150 audit fee can be applied toward your build.
These are custom, done-for-you builds, so refunds and cancellations follow the terms in your signed agreement. Deposits reserve your spot in my schedule and are non-refundable once work has begun. If you need to pause or cancel your project, email me right away and we will talk through options based on the work already completed.
Custom AI agents are built specifically for your business and are non-refundable once the build has started.
Because digital products like the AI Content Duo and the Snippet Vault are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all sales are final. If you have trouble accessing your purchase, email me and I will make it right.
Email [email protected] with your name, the purchase date, and what you purchased. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
