No! If you don't have accounts set up yet, I'll advise you on exactly which subscriptions you need (like Practice Better, email marketing, and domain hosting) and help you get them set up during our intake.

How much time will this take from me?

Your main time commitment is our initial strategy call and filling out one detailed intake questionnaire with your brand assets and copy preferences. After that, I build everything for you while you focus on your practice.

What if I'm not on Practice Better yet?

That's completely fine! Practice Better is the gold standard for functional health practices, and I'll help onboard and configure your Practice Better account from scratch as part of your build.

Will I know how to use it after?

Yes! Every build includes a complete library of custom Loom walkthrough videos showing you step-by-step how your system works, where everything lives, and how to hand off tasks to a VA when you're ready.

How long does the build take?
