Meet Lindsay

Lindsay is an award-winning, strategic marketing leader with 15+ years of experience leading editorial, digital marketing, and operations teams for a variety of brands and coaches. She's worked in beauty & fashion, health & wellness, higher education, mental healthcare, and in digital agencies.

In February 2023, Lindsay launched her own marketing consultancy, The Happy Marketing Co., to help even more female founders and small businesses scale through intentional, creative marketing efforts.

Lindsay is data driven, meaning her recommendations and optimizations are intentionally based on past performance, market trends, and audience insights. Although we all want our businesses to thrive and be successful, Lindsay's approach is less about "hustle culture" and more about building a foundation for growth while balancing time, family life, and patio drinks.
