I help health & wellness practitioners automate and elevate their business

I’m a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Holistic Nutritionist, FDN-P, Health and Life Coach. I’m also a wife and momma of the cutest two year old boy, Carter. I started Automate Your Wellness Business when I was working for FDN as a clinical advisor. I met with dozens of new FDN’s every week to discuss their client labs and protocols, and most of the calls ended with asking me questions about business. 

I realized that almost everyone felt like I felt in 2018 when I first started my business. Lost, confused and overwhelmed. I created my signature course, Automate Your Wellness Biz, to answer all of the questions I was being asked constantly and more. I built this as a framework for new health and wellness entrepreneurs to automate their business so they can spend time on what matters - selling their product and providing an amazing customer experience.
